I gave this one star only because I hoped this information might be useful and people tend to read one star reviews. This is a good product, but for the same money you can get a much better product. If you are considering this product, I suggest you look at Rev A Shelf. If the Rev A Shelf will fit your installation (and that is a big caveat), it is a much more substantial product that comes with a lifetime warranty. I purchased both to compare. This was purchased from Target (14" x 18" x 4"), the Rev A Shelf from Lowes (15" x 23" x 7"). The Lynk Professional was $49.99 and the Rev A Shelf was $52.96. Side by side,the difference in quality and construction was apparent. Everything was much more sturdy on the Rev A Shelf and the slides were even smoother than the Lynk. The Rev A Shelf also has much taller sides so that items will tend to tip less. The "handle" on the Rev A Shelf sticks up where the Lynk has a depression that acts as a "handle". It may not seem like much, but it makes a world or difference when you are bending over.

I was looking for pull out units to help bring an end to the clutter in our kitchen cabinet. I read a number of other reviews about the quality of this product and the ease of installation and I have to agree. The units arrived quickly without request for speedier delivery, they were easy to install, and they are quality! I highly recommend these items.

This drawer is very well made and slides easily. However, the stated height of 4" is misleading. In fact, the top rail of the drawer is really 4-3/8" above the shelf it's installed on. That may make no difference for most uses, but I bought this for my sink cabinet and the extra 3/8" makes the rack hit the drain pipe, thus making the drawer impossible to use. Disappointing, since it's exactly what I needed.
